Our Free Shipping policy applies to addresses within the lower 48 U.S. States. A Shipping Charge will apply to all other addresses. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S. please DO NOT CHOOSE THE FREE SHIPPING OPTION, you must choose one of the paid shipping methods.

If your shipping address is in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S., please use the shipping calculator on the shopping cart page to determine your shipping charge. You can then decide if you want to complete the order or not. Remember, FREE SHIPPING IS NOT AN OPTION! 

We ship most items within 1-2 business days and you should receive your order within 3-7 business days.

Some items require 2-4 business days to ship and you should receive your order for these items in 5-9 business days.

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii can take 7-10 days to arrive.

Orders shipped outside the U.S. can take 7-14 days to arrive.
 

We ship most orders via Fedex or UPS ground service. Some small orders may ship USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail.

Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. We will even pay return shipping charges is is in the lower 48 states. Please contact us for instructions if you would like to make a return. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally do not qualify for free return shipping (unless we make an error in the order). You can still return items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally for a full refund, but you must return them at your expense.
